For me, entering the pet supplies industry was never merely a career—it was a heartfelt promise to every little companion. Animals offer pure, healing comfort with their presence, and I am driven by a deep desire to safeguard their well-being with products of utmost safety. Witnessing the harm caused by inferior pet items on the market, particularly to vulnerable strays, solidified my commitment to developing trustworthy, pet-safe essentials. The philosophy of “Safe Care, Warm Companionship” guides every step of our product journey—and that is the core of why I chose this path.
The past five years—a period of booming pet economy—have seen us expand from a single category into a diverse portfolio, and grow from a local presence to a global reach. Every step forward has been grounded in our unwavering dedication to that original vision. And it all began with my profound love for animals: they comfort us with their furry companionship, and I strive to protect them with the safest products. This founding principle of “Safe Care, Warm Companionship” remains the bedrock of everything we do.

Back in 2021, friends involved in rescuing stray animals often shared their frustrations with me—they complained about the prevalence of low-quality plastic pet toys on the market, which pets could easily chew apart and accidentally swallow, risking internal injuries. They also worried about the lack of safety certifications for feeding products, making them hesitant to use such items for vulnerable strays. Their concerns weighed heavily on me and ultimately led me to pivot our focus decisively toward two key areas: pet toys and edible-grade feeding supplies. I wanted to create more than just profitable products; I aimed to develop items that all pets, especially those in need, could use with complete peace of mind.
We collaborated with a food-grade materials laboratory to develop our first edible-grade silicone feeding bowl. Made from food-grade liquid silicone, it is heat-resistant, biodegradable, and thoughtfully designed with varying depths to accommodate the eating habits of different pets, such as flat-faced cats and small to medium-sized dogs. For toys, we selected soft yet durable natural rubber materials, ensuring even young pets with sensitive teeth could play safely. During the product development phase, I brought over a dozen rescue cats and dogs to a temporary space near the lab to observe their interactions with the prototypes firsthand. Their reactions guided numerous design refinements.
These thoughtfully crafted products were warmly received upon launch, driving a 50% revenue increase for the brand that year. What brought me even greater satisfaction was hearing from rescue shelters that proactively reached out for bulk purchases, expressing relief at finally having reliable supplies for their animals.
2021
In 2021, we keenly identified the core demands of Generation Z pet owners for "healthy feeding" and "emotional companionship," prompting a strategic shift to focus on pet toys and edible-grade feeding products. At the time, many pet toys suffered from unsafe materials and uninspired designs, while feeding products often lacked food-grade certifications, failing to meet pet owners' expectations for safety and reliability. In partnership with a food-grade materials lab, we developed our first edible-grade silicone feeding bowl, crafted from heat-resistant, biodegradable food-grade liquid silicone and designed with depth variations to suit different pets' eating habits. For toys, we introduced the "Pastoral Series," featuring a clever peanut-shaped design with a detachable dual-ball structure made from natural rubber, balancing fun and safety. These products quickly gained market traction, contributing to a 50% increase in annual revenue.
2022
In 2022, we upgraded our global expansion strategy, shifting focus from mature markets like Europe and America to emerging growth regions such as Southeast Asia. To address the local hot and humid climate, we optimized product designs and packaging: feeding products incorporated moisture-resistant and antibacterial food-grade silicone materials, including detachable, washable feeding sets, while toys were made from durable, weather-resistant materials suitable for outdoor use. Within just one year, we successfully entered seven markets, including Indonesia and Malaysia, with Indonesia accounting for over 70% of sales in the region.
The Past Five Years: Over the past five years, safety and innovation have remained at the core of our mission, with care for animals deeply embedded in every aspect of our brand's growth. During this time, we have secured over 120 new patents and built a portfolio of more than 20 core products across two main series—creative toys and edible-grade feeding supplies—forming a comprehensive safety-focused product matrix. We also launched the "Compassionate Supplies Initiative," donating 10 sets of pet supplies to stray animal rescue shelters for every 100 products sold. By the end of 2024, we had donated over 20,000 sets to more than 30 shelters nationwide.
2024
In 2024, we further refined our products with a focus on thoughtful details: our toy line embraced minimalist home design, introducing a linen sofa bed that doubles as a play and sleep space, giving pets their own dedicated area. We also established an end-to-end quality control system, ensuring every product undergoes rigorous testing—from material safety and chew resistance to food-contact certification—from raw material sourcing to final delivery. Our goal is to ensure every pet grows up in a safe environment and every owner feels reassured.
Looking Back
Reflecting on these five years—from a single product category to a diverse portfolio, and from local roots to global reach—what has sustained me is my genuine love for animals. I often say we are not just creating pet products but also delivering warmth. Moving forward, we will continue to prioritize material safety and user needs, deepening our expertise in pet toys and edible-grade feeding supplies. We also plan to expand the reach of our "Compassionate Supplies Initiative" and collaborate with more industry partners to support the well-being of stray animals. Through our efforts, we hope to bring safe, intelligently designed pet products from China into more households, safeguarding the warmth of every human-pet bond and ensuring every little animal is treated with kindness.
